Shipping policy

Upon placing an order you will receive an email order confirmation.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). 

When the order has been despatched you will receive a notification with tracking information.

UK Shipping rates are £3.99 for 2-4 day tracked delivery and £4.99 for express tracked delivery. We use Royal Mail for all parcel despatches.

UK Shipping is free for orders over £50.

We also offer free local delivery for addresses within a 15 mile radius of Craven Arms, for orders over £50. Parcels will be posted through the shipping address letterbox or left in a safe place. When left in a safe place a photograph of the location will be emailed.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 working days of receiving your tracking confirmation email, please contact hello@sewaneira.co.uk with your name and order number. The Sew Aneira team will then look into it for you.

International Shipping

We now ship to Germany and other European locations will follow soon.

Shipping to Australia and New Zealand 

All orders are despatched from the UK. Estimated delivery is 7-14 working days from order dispatch. 

Any duties or takes if applicable are the responsibility of the customer and are set by Australian customs.

Due to the distance Australian and New Zealand orders are eligible for store credit only.
